Meet Anna: Your Gestalt Psychotherapist & Counsellor
Anna is a Gestalt psychotherapist and counsellor with extensive experience supporting individuals through a wide range of challenges. She trained in Ireland and is accredited by the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Originally from Poland, Anna holds a Master's in Psychology.
As an accredited psychotherapist, Anna is committed to ongoing professional development. She participates in continuous supervision and regularly attends CPD courses and workshops to enhance her skills in various therapeutic areas.
Anna's Experience & Approach
Anna has worked in various settings, including NUIG, Lets Get Talking, Mind and Body Works, and her own private practice. She possesses vast experience working with children, young adults, and adults.
At the core of Anna's practice is the psychotherapeutic relationship. She creates a safe and supportive setting where clients can process any problem. For 20 years, Anna has specialized in working with clients on the Autism Spectrum, developing unique skills to fully support parents of children diagnosed with autism.
